Education Law Seminar Draws More than 200 Attendees
Andrews and Beard held its Education Law Seminar on March 26th at the Blair County Convention Center. More than 200 clients and guests attended the dinner and seminar focusing on new information for school district administrators and board members.
In addition to presentations by Firm attorneys, guest speaker Sara Rose, an attorney with the ACLU of Pennsylvania, provided valuable insight into issues important to the ACLU. Andrews and Beard attorneys addressed new trends and topics in school law including information concerning the Open Records Law/Right to Know, How to Prepare for Collective Bargaining, the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) in the School Setting, and news in Special Education.
